The aim of this course is to provide learners with a wide ranging and comprehensive knowledge base on Islamic sciences centred on classical Arabic texts. The course focuses on the study of the Quran, Hadith, Islamic Law (Fiqh) and Theology (Aqidah). It also teaches the methodology behind the Islamic tradition through the study of Islamic legal theory, Hadith classification and the principles of Quranic Exegesis. Study material include the translation of the entire Quran and a large number of Ahadith.

This is an independent course, which can be taken on its own. Whilst also, it forms part of the second component of our Alimiyyah Programme.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded with a diploma in Comprehensive Islamic Studies. This accreditation will allow learners to enrol onto our Advanced Islamic Scholarship course.
